It’s not exactly an instant classic between the Steelers and Ravens but it’s a victory that gives Pittsburgh renewed hope for their 2013 season. Shaun Suisham is dead center with his fourth field goal of the game as time expires to give the Steelers a 19-16 victory over their fiercest rivals. Pittsburgh wins their second straight after starting the season 0-4. For the Ravens, once again the offense waits until the fourth quarter to wake up and once again it’s not enough to save the day. Joe Flacco guides Baltimore on a touchdown drive to tie the game at 16 with only a couple minutes left in the game. His counterpart Ben Roethlisberger promptly marches the Steelers the other way to set up Suisham’s 42-yard game winner on the last play.
The Ravens fall to 3-4 on the year. They travel to Cleveland next week. The Steelers go to California to face Oakland. Pittsburgh and Baltimore will meet for the second time on Thanksgiving Night at M&T Bank Stadium.
