Two Gettysburg women are caught stealing at a Cumberland County Wal-Mart. It happened Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at the Wal-Mart in the 6500 block of Carlisle Pike in Silver Spring Township.  Store loss prevention employees told responding police that two women were observed stealing merchandise. They also said that one of the women had fled the store.

The woman who ran away was found hiding in some nearby bushes. The other woman was taken into custody inside the store. One of the suspects gave police a fake name.  After finding out her real name was Linda Wagaman, 29, it was also discovered she had an active arrest warrant.  The other suspect was identified as 18 year old Leah King.

Charges against Wagaman include False ID to Law Enforcement, Retail Theft, and Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft.  King is charged with Retail Theft.
