The motorcyclist killed Saturday afternoon in Codorus Township has been identified as Kenneth Ray Powell, 57, of Glen Rock.
Powell was driving northbound on Jefferson Road when he lost control and hit a guard rail. His female passenger was taken to York Hospital.
According to the York County coroner’s office, Powell was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
State police are investigating.
