CRANK UP THE HEAT!
Cold Canadian high pressure building in from the north is going to bring a very frigid night. Winds shifting to north and clear skies allow temperatures to cool quickly through the evening. The winds relax too during the evening. All of these allow temperatures to drop into the 20s by daybreak! Add the extra blankets and crank up the heat! Dress the kids for quite the cold bus stop forecast too! High pressure continues to keep chilly air over the region on Monday. There’s abundant sunshine, but it’s not enough to warm the area much. Highs are contained to the middle to upper 40s.
ANOTHER MIDWEEK WARMUP
Tuesday our flow begins to shift, allowing temperatures to warm up. The area breaks the 50 degree mark under plenty of sun. No problems for Election Day from the weather! Wednesday highs are in the upper 50s. A cold front approaches the region Thursday. This brings a cloudy day, with some showers likely late in the day and lasting through the night. High temperatures are quite mild despite the clouds, and they reach the lower to middle 60s.
WEEKEND LOOKING GOOD
The sun pokes out more Friday with temperatures in the lower 50s. Saturday is a repeat with temperatures a little warmer. Sunday, a disturbance passing just to our north increases clouds, but it’s still a slightly warmer day.
Have a great week!
