CHILLED BEGINNINGS: The core of cold air is upon us today. Sunshine will give way to a few clouds late, but it will only help us warm into the upper 40s. Brrr! Tonight, we drop to the freezing mark as clouds fill in overnight. Tuesday, we should be partly to mostly cloudy in the afternoon with highs back into the low 50s. Wednesday, we make it to the upper 50s; on target with seasonal averages. A mostly cloudy day ensues.
FRONT BRINGS RAIN: A cold front slowly moves through on Thursday. This will bring rain, especially in the afternoon and evening hours. Highs should make it to the low 60s under mostly cloudy skies. The rain ends overnight and we begin to bring in some colder air on a stiff breeze. Friday, we clear the clouds through the day with cooler air slipping in. Highs only make it to the low 50s.
WEEKEND: High pressure builds in for the weekend. Saturday is mainly sunny with some high clouds slipping in as a system slips to our north. Sunday may start with clouds but should end with more sunshine. Highs both days are in the low to middle 50s.
Here’s to a marvelous Monday!
