A Bainbridge man has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Conoy Township over the weekend, police said.
Jimmy C. Flowers II, 30, is charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
Police were dispatched around 2:20 a.m. Saturday for a reported shooting in a parking lot along the first block of North Front Street.

During the argument, Flowers grabbed a gun from his vehicle and then pointed it at Sumpman’s head. As Sumpman put his hands up–he was shot in his right hand, police said.
Sumpman was taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center for treatment.
