Local veterans were honored for their service in Lebanon County on Sunday.
The Indiantown Gap National Cemetery Memorial Council held its 31st Annual Veteran’s Day program.
The ceremony included music by the Special Forces Band. There was also a color guard, a wreath placed at the Memorial and a rifle salute.
“For a Marine, to have the support of the populus behind us, we will never give up because of that and that makes us have the will to fight. We love our country and to see all these people here today is really inspiring to me as a Marine,  to really appreciate the country that we live in and the freedoms that we got and that people respect that,” says Retired Lt. Col. Gregg Lyon with the U.S. Marine Corps.
Lt. Col. Lyon delivered the Keynote Address at the ceremony.
