A 46 year old Megan’s Law offender who failed to register his current address was located and arrested in York County this morning. Scott Kolocin, was convicted in March 2002 of Indecent Assault in York County. Kolocin most recently regisitered as a homeless person in Lancaster. Last week however, Lancaster City Police charged Kolocin with failing to maintain his registration requirements.The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force was asked to assist in locating Kolocin.
This morning, U.S. Marshals found Kolocin at a around 9 am at a hotel in the 3400 block of Susquehanna Trail in Manchester Township, York County. Kolocin was taken into custody without incident.
The U.S. Marshals Service was assisted by York City Police, the York County Sheriff’s Department and the Pennsylvania State Police Fugitive Unit.
