A Lancaster County man faces charges involving the rape of a 12 year old girl. New Holland Borough Police say Johnathan Beiler, of Earl Township, was taken into custody today without incident. Borough police began an investigation on November 15, when the girl reported that she was sexually assaulted by Beiler at his home.
During an interview with investigators yesterday, Beiler admitted to engaging in various sexual acts with the girl between 2012 and 2013. Charges against Beiler include Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Corruption of Minors and Unlawful Contact. Following arraignment Beiler was sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $500,000 bail.
