Police in York County have an arrest warrant for a suspect who stole prescription pain pills in strong armed robbery. The suspect is identified as Jacob M. Sheckells, 23, of Felton. Sheckells, is accused of forcibly taking the pills from a woman who had just left a pharmacy in the 1500 block of North George Street. The female victim was not injured.
Charges against Sheckells include, Robbery, Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Harassment.
North York County Regional Police are also looking for a white male missing front teeth who apparently drove a blue colored pickup with a black hood, that helped Sheckells flee the scene. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact NYCRD at (717) 292-3647.
