BIG CHILL: It’s a cold start to and chilly day. Partly cloudy skies break for sunshine later with highs only in the middle 20s. Tonight, we’re back into the teens! Friday looks cold too, but we do at least make it to the low 30s as clouds thicken.
WEEKEND: So we’re on to the next sloppy weather maker for Saturday. Cold air already in place will dance with some warmth and moisture as a low slide by to our south and rides through the Mid-Atlantic. So for now it looks like we start the day with snow filling in early. Later as we head toward the evening, we will see some freezing rain and sleet mix in. Eventually we should turn to rain overnight. It all ends early Sunday. We’ll hammer out any accumulation thoughts tomorrow. Be ready for a sloppy Saturday with improving conditions Sunday.
NEXT WEEK: Cold and dry with a mix of sun and clouds greets you Monday. Partly cloudy skies remain in place for mid week too with highs rising through the 30s.
Happy Friday Eve! Enjoy your day.
