The National Weather Service in State College, PA has issued a Winter Storm Watch for Mifflin, Juniata, Perry, and Dauphin counties beginning at 5 A.M. Saturday morning and lasting through 1 A.M. Sunday morning. Snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches are possible in the watch area before a transition to sleet and freezing rain overnight Saturday.
