U.S. Marshals capture Justin Matthews, 31, who is wanted in a home invasion, armed robbery in Upper Allen Township in Philadelphia.  Matthews is one of the two men involved in an armed robbery last month at the Geneva Green apartments on Geneva Drive.  Township police say residents who lived there returned from an evening out to find the two suspects in their home.

The victims were held at gunpoint for approximately 30 minutes to an hour. The victims were forced to call other family members home, who were also then held at gunpoint until the suspects finished their robbery. The suspects fled the scene with jewelry, cash and a laptop computer.

After obtaining an arrest warrant Upper Allen Police asked the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force to assist in locating Matthews.  Last Thursday, Matthews was taken into custody without incident in Philadelphia. The Task Force also recovered some of the stolen items that were still in Matthews possession.  He was returned to Cumberland County last Friday and is being held at the county prison.
