A Dauphin County Judge sentences, Cordero Urrutia, 24, to 18 and a half to 37 year prison term for a July 2012 shooting.  Uruttia fired multiple shots at William Russaw following an argument the two men previously had over a woman.  Russaw was not injured but several bullets struck his home on Logan Street.  There were several people in the house at the time including children.

A jury convicted Urrutia in October of Aggravated Assault, Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Structure and illegal Firearm Possession. Judge Richard Lewis gave Urrutia the maximum sentence allowed by law at the urging of Senior Deputy District Attorney Johnny Baer, who called Urrutia a threat to the community.
