Police ID Carlisle man as shoplifting suspect

Police in Cumberland County credit the public with helping them identify a shoplifting suspect. The incident happened on December 13 at Khols in the 6400 block of Carlisle Pike in Silver Spring Township. The suspect was identified as Johnathan Sheriff, 22, of Carlisle. Sheriff was charged with Retail Theft and Criminal Conspiracy.  Sheriff already has numerous convictions on retail theft charges. Derek Mulholland, 28, of Carlisle was also charged with false reports to law enforcement and criminal conspiracy.
