York City Police have arrested a man they believe set fire to an abandoned home early Sunday morning. Officers responded to the blaze along the 500 block of East Philadelphia Street around 12:42 a.m.
According to police reports, while the fire department worked to extinguish the flames, 911 dispatchers received a report that the suspect was seen running from the home where the fire started.
A short time later, police arrested 20-year-old Zachary Graham. He was taken to Central Booking for arraignment.
There were no reported injuries in the fire.
