If you’re looking for a way to warm up from the winter’s cold, while keeping you body healthy and in shape, try Bikram Yoga.  The Bikram Yoga studio, in York, opened in September.  The form is being used all over the nation and many people say they benefit from it.  York studio owner, Denyse Kling says Bikram can help if you have issues sleeping or you have headaches, high blood pressure, or hormone problems.  Bikram is different from hot yoga.  It’s a 26-posture that works the entire body in a heated and humidity- controlled room.
