Police in Cumberland County charge a Mechanicsburg man over the weekend with domestic assault. Upper Allen Police responded at about 10:31 pm Saturday evening to a disturbance in the 600 block of Cedar Ridge Lane. They found out that Muhammad Mohsin, 23, had threatened to kill a family member. He then attacked and injured the victim with a shard of glass.
Charges against Mohsin include Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, and Harassment. Following his arrest, Mohsin was taken to Cumberland County Prison.
