Police in Cumberland County seek identify two suspects who used bait and switch to steal more than $1,000 worth of merchandise.  It happened at about 8:13 pm last Saturday at the Kmart in Enola.  East Pennsboro Township Police say two women loaded two separate shopping carts.  They went to checkout register together and asked the items be rung up on one bill.  The first cart containing various XBOX and PlayStation 3 consoles, assorted video games and DVD movies was scanned.

While the cashier was scanning the items in the second cart, one of the women wheeled the first cart away while saying she was going to load the items into their car.  When the cashier finished scanning items in the second cart, the second suspect told the cashier that she forgot her credit card and had to go to her vehicle to get it.  She never returned, leaving the second cart at the register.  The story estimated the items stolen in the first cart at $1,000.

Police released surveillance photos of the two suspects, both black females between 20 and 35 years of age. Anyone who may recognize the suspects are asked to contact East Pennsboro Township Police at (717) 732-3633.
