A man armed with a knife robbed a Dollar General Store on New Year’s Day, according to Northern York County Regional Police Department. It happened at the Dollar General at 2100 Thistle Hill Road in Jackson Township around 7:50pm. The suspect, wearing all black clothing, entered the store and approached the customer service area. He showed the employees a knife and demanded cash.
After the employees gave him some cash, the suspect fled the store on foot running westbound.
None of the store employees were injured.
The male is described as follows:
- Black male
- 6′ tall
- Medium build
- Black jacket
- Black pants
- Black shoes
- Black gloves
- Black ski mask
