A personal trainer at Golds Gym in Linglestown is being charged with forgery and theft.
After investigating a complaint, Susquehanna Township police have charged Ryan Mackes, 29, of Harrisburg, with 4 counts of Forgery and 10 counts of Theft by failure to make required disposition of Funds.
Mackes allegedly took payments for personal fitness sessions at Gold’s Gym and deposited those funds into his own account.
Investigators said Mackes admitted he has been doing this since August 2012, and the amount may be several thousand dollars that he stole.
Mackes is scheduled to be arraigned at a later date.
