Two people are charged with receiving stolen property and a stolen goat is returned to its Lancaster County home after pictures posted on Twitter helped crack the case. Stefan W. Herbst, 20, of Nazareth, posted pictures of the pygmy goat on his Twitter account that were recognized by one of his followers as belonging to a farm in Manor Township, Lancaster County. The pictures of the goat were taken during a party at the home of Julianne Staskel, 20, of Philadelphia.

Herbst and Staskel were both charged with receiving stolen property. The goat, valued at around $100 was returned to the owner who lives in the 100 block of Letort Road.
