Four people airlifted after van overturns in Adams County

At least four people suffer serious injury in a crash involving mini-van in Adams County. It happened at about 3:45 pm this afternoon in the 2300 block of Coon Road in Menallen Township. Pennsylvania State Police from Gettysburg say the van overturned.

Four people were reportedly flown in two different helicopters to Penn State Hershey Medical. There may be more injuries. So far no word on what caused the crash. The investigation continues.
