An armed man with a hoodie cinched tight over his face held up the A to Z Store Monday evening. Police say the robber entered the Weidman Street store around 6:30pm and displayed what appeared to be a handgun and demanded money.
Then he banged the gun on the counter and fired the gun. it was then that the clerk realized the man was holding an air soft pellet gun.
The robber got an undetermined amount of cash and fled the store on foot.
The suspect is described as a white male in his late teens or early twenties, with blonde hair, wearing an olive green camouflage hooded jacket.
