Matt Farley, Denver (KDVR) — According to a simulation run in the realistic NFL video game Madden 25, the Denver Broncos will beat the Seattle Seahawks in a thrilling Super Bowl this weekend, 31-28.

Even if they usually don’t take video games seriously, Broncos fans are going to want to watch this.

According to the simulation, Denver will once again jump out to a big lead before allowing the opponent to rally. A two-point conversion by Seattle will send the game into overtime at 28 points apiece.

Seattle will begin overtime with the ball, before the Denver defense sacks Seattle QB Russell Wilson for a quick three-and-out. The game then ends on a Matt Prater field goal.

According to maker Electronic Arts, Madden has correctly forecast eight of the past 10 Lombardi Trophy winners, and last year called San Francisco’s furious comeback with the Baltimore Ravens hanging on for the win.

Perhaps less encouraging news for Broncos fans? The digital Peyton Manning struggled against the Legion of Boom in the cold, throwing at least one pick to Seattle CB Richard Sherman.
