Two 18-year-old men face charges in the robbery and assault of a Cumberland County man.
According to police Christopher Erikson, 21, was walking along N. Earl Street and Lancaster Drive, Shippensburg Township, when he was approached by Kenneth Brown from Ardmore and Conner Marsico, from Harrisburg.
Police say Brown punched the victim in the face and Marsico kicked the victim. Brown then took the victims cell phone and wallet.
Erikson was taken to Carlisle Regional Medical Center and treated for his injuries.
Both Brown and Marsico are being charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, conspiracy, and harassment.
Brown is also charged with robbery,theft, and criminal mischief.
Both were released on bail from Cumberland County prison.
Conner Marsico is the son of Dauphin County’s District Attorney.
