Lower Paxton Police say three New Yorkers who broke into Central Dauphin East High School last year, causing significant damage and stealing $70,000 worth of laptop computers, camcorders and peripherals are in custody.  Local police got a call from the Bronx Major Case Squad of the New York City Police Department after they recovered several of the laptops in an investigation they were conducting on a ring that was burglarizing schools in their jurisdiction.  The laptops had C.D. East property inventory stickers on them which prompted the call.  Lower Paxton Detectives began working with the NYPD Detectives which resulted in a 113-count Grand Jury indictment in Bronx County Court.  The Bronx County District Attorney’s Office indicted Axel Alcantara (AKA Flacco), Pedro Delacruz (AKA Spooky), and Aury German, all of New York City, on charges of Burglary in the 3rd Degree, Grand Larceny in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, Possession of Burglar Tools and Conspiracy in the 5th Degree for the burglary of Central Dauphin East.  The indictment included similar charges for schools in New York City.  All three individuals are in the custody of New York officials.
