CHILLY FRIDAY:  We continue this below average chilly but dry weather for a second day.  Enjoy highs in the near 30° today.  We’ll see sunshine with scattered clouds at times.  Tonight, the clouds slip in toward daybreak as temps roll back into the teens.

WEEKEND:  We’re looking and a cold and mostly cloudy weekend with two weak waves of energy bringing some light snow to the region.  Saturday, a few spotty light snow showers will slide though the area.  Then, overnight into Sunday we expect some additional light snow.  The spotty snow showers linger for Sunday, leaving just a light accumulations around 1-3” for most over the whole weekend.  Highs Saturday and Sunday are near 30°.

3 Day Planner

NEXT WEEK:  Expect the below average pattern to continue with highs stuck in the 20s.  It looks unseasonably cold and dry with mostly clear to partly cloudy skies through mid-week.  Clouds fill back in ahead of our next potent weather system Wednesday night.  We’ll watch our next system bring the chance for snow on Thursday.  There’s still much to hammer out here, but be ready for another winter system.

Have spectacular weekend!
