PennDOT crews came out Sunday night to remove the snow that fell for several hours.

The Harrisburg area picked up a light accumulation, covering icy patches left over from earlier storms.

The snow caused some slick streets and poor visibility, with a number of crashes around the area.

A multi-car crash snarled up Interstate 81 in both directions in Shippensburg around 3:30 pm, but crews quickly cleared it.

The snow is expected to stop by 11 pm Sunday night.
