Lebanon men charged in home burglary

Police charge two Lebanon City men in a home burglary last week in South Lebanon Township.  Tyler Charles Anspach, 25, and John W. Warren, III, 26, allegedly broke the window on the door of a 2nd floor apartment in the 1200 block of King Street just before 2:00 pm last Friday afternoon. The resident of that apartment was at home at the time of the attempted break in.

South Lebanon Township Police responded to the scene and quickly took Anspach into custody. Anspach was in possession of hammer. Warren managed to escape on foot, but was arrested yesterday.

Charges against the two men include, Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, Criminal Attempt  to Commit Criminal Trespass, Simple Assault, and Criminal Mischief. Both men were sent to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility.
