A new reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for killing a young woman with ties to the Harrisburg area. Philadelphia police are offering a $20,000 instant reward for an arrest made by Sunday at midnight for the killer of Amber Long. Long and her mother, the owner of Gold Crafter’s Corner Jewelry Store in Lower Paxton Township in Dauphin County, were walking together last month when someone robbed them and shot and killed Long. The $20,000 reward is on top of the $37,000 reward leading to an arrest.
