SNOW HANGOVER: We made it past the snow! What a doozie. Some spots blew us out of the water with 20.0”. Many of you are waking up to the burst of snow from last night, so more shoveling. We’re done with the snow…..until tonight. More below.
VALENTINE’S DAY: It’s chilly with temps near 30° this morning. Today, sunshine gives way to afternoon clouds with dry conditions early. Highs hit the upper 30s! Woot! Evening plans with your sweetheart features mostly cloudy skies with some light snow showers moving into the region later around 8-10PM as temps fall through the 30s. A clipper brings more snow overnight into the first part of your Saturday. Expect an additional 2-4”, with a few isolated higher amounts possible.
WEEKEND: Saturday, after the morning snow expect a partly cloudy day with a cold breeze. Temperatures will be in the low 30s. Another weak clipper dives to the south of us as colder air slides in Saturday night. We could see some flakes as well waking up Sunday. Otherwise, we’re partly cloudy to mostly sunny for Sunday with highs in the mid 20s.
NEXT WEEK: It’s downright chilly to start the day on Monday with single digit lows. Expect sunshine with clouds arriving late as highs make it to the low 30s. The next system arrives Monday night with some snow to start, mixing to rain for Tuesday as highs climb to the low 40s. Wednesday we’re partly cloudy with warming to the middle 40s. By the end of the week, the outlook calls for warming above average, maybe near 50°! Yehaw!
