…A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY continues until 4pm today…
Light snow began late overnight and will continue through mid-afternoon today, thanks to a storm system racing by to our south. Expect a steady light snow with some moderate pockets to bring anywhere from 2 to 5”, with a spot or two seeing 6″. Skies stay cloudy as winds ramp up. The light and fluffy snow will start blowing around, reducing visibilities. Highs today hit the low 30s.
INTO SUNDAY: Overnight, we keep the clouds and temps fall into the chilly teens with breezy winds making it feel colder. Sunday is mostly cloudy too with highs in the upper 20s to near 30°. Another quick moving system may produce some light snow flurries or light snow showers, but this system is much weaker.
NEXT WEEK: There will be a chance for rain or snow showers Monday night into Tuesday with temperatures rising from low 30s Monday to mid 40s by Tuesday. Wednesday and he start of Thursday look dry with highs, get this, making a run at 50°! A system will bring rain for later Thursday into Friday, with highs above 50° on Friday.
