Baseball Experts to talk in York

Spring training is underway and many baseball fans are ready to talk about their favorite pastime.    On Wednesday Night, February 19th at 7pm in York, you can take part in a question and answer session with three experts in the game.   York’s Dan Connolly is the Orioles and national baseball writer for the Baltimore Sun.  He was just recently named Maryland Sportswriter of the Year by the Associated Press.    Connolly will be joined by Jim Duquette and Mel Antonen.   Duquette is the former vice president of the New York Mets and Baltimore Orioles and current baseball analyst for Sirius/XM Radio.   Antonen is a baseball writer for and MASN.

The baseball talk is at Zion Lutheran Church at 2215 Brandywine Lane in York.  The panelists will discuss the upcoming baseball season, including their thoughts on the Orioles, Phillies, Pirates and Nationals.  There is no admission fee, but a freewill offering will be taken to benefit the church’s youth ministry program.
