Police in Cumberland County charge an Upper Allen Township woman with theft. Upper Allen Township Police responded to a call at a home in the 100 block of Second Street at about 6 pm last Friday evening. Hilary Bricker, 21, had allegedly taken the victim’s vehicle without permission as well as the victim’s bank card.
Bricker is also alleged to have used the bank card to withdraw cash. Charges against Bricker include, Access Device Fraud, Theft by Unlawful Taking and Unauthorized Use of Automobiles.
