A Lebanon man is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in his home last year. It happened overnight on April 20th and 21st, 2013. State Police say Raul Maldonado, 30, flirted with the girl, 15, via text messages. The messages grew more sexually charged, with Maldonado and the girl exchanging several explicit images. Police say Maldonado then arranged a sleep over at his home on East Old Cumberland Street in North Lebanon Township. Police say that is when Maldonado engaged in sexual intercourse with the victim in the living room of his residence.

Maldonado is charged with statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, sexual abuse of children and indecent assault.

Sleep over? What are we, kids? He/They arranged to have sex. She might not have realized it since she is a minor or she may have consented. Sleep is not the subject.
