Warmer air on the way, with rain for Friday

NEXT UP:  Yay!  Finally a dry, snow free, pain free morning (minus the patches of ice that formed from yesterday’s snow melt)!  It’s chilly and dry with temperatures working out of the 20s this morning to the middle 40s this afternoon.  Our next system is on its way, and a warm front will keep us cloudy, with the shot for a few stray showers later in the day.  We drop temps a bit this evening, but we warm overnight through the 40s as we await the rain.

FRIDAY:  Steady showers move in just after daybreak ahead of a cold front.   Highs will touch the low 50s by late morning and rain showers push through.  Some rain may contain some gusty winds and even some rumbles of thunder.  We’ll see the rain close out from west to east later in the afternoon, with drying by evening.

WEEKEND:  Saturday is looking amazing!  We hang onto some warmth with more sunshine and highs into the middle 50s.  Sunday, we’re a bit cooler as the pattern begins to shift back to the cold side.  We’re partly cloudy with temps making it to the upper 40s.

METEO

NEXT WEEK:  It’s the return of the cold regime.  Monday it’s sunny, but we’re back to the upper 30s.  Tuesday temps hold in the low 30s with the chance for some light snow which may linger into Wednesday.  We’ll watch for another system and cold air for late week.

Enjoy your Friday Eve!
