Stephen Jerry Faircloth, of Harrisburg, faces multiple charges in Cumberland County. West Shore Regional Police responded to a call of retail theft at about 11:04 pm Thursday night at the Rite Aid Pharmacy in the 1100 block of Market Street in Lemoyne.  Faircloth allegedly stole several items from the store and was last seen walking east on Market Street.

An officer caught up to Faircloth in the 700 block of Market Street and attempted to take him into custody. Faircloth struggled, broke away from the Officer and ran east on Market Street.  An assisting Camp Hill Borough officer reacquired Faircloth at N. 7th and Poplar Streets and took him into custody.  Some of the stolen property was recovered.

Charges against Faircloth include Retail Theft, Resisting Arrest and Escape. It was also found that he had two active warrants for his arrest.
