A York County man is under arrest and charged with Attempted Homicide after police say he fired a gun at two people.
Officers responded to a call for shots fired on the 1600 block of Deer Creek Road in Shrewsbury Township on Sunday afternoon.
Police say the incident happened after Travis Seward and his father, Benjamin Seward, heard gunshots outside their home. The men walked to the end of their driveway and found their neighbor, James Michael Mitchell, 60, also of Shrewsbury Township, holding a rifle.
Benjamin Seward asked Mitchell what he was shooting at when Mitchell then pointed his rifle at the men and fired a shot, police said.
No one was injured during the incident.
Mitchell was immediately taken into custody and posted $200,000 bail later Sunday evening.
