Police in Franklin County arrest three men on burglary charges. Washington Township Police responded to a call at about 8:50 am this morning of suspects stealing items from a home in the 5600 block of Marsh Road.
Upon arrival, police took three suspects in custody. A fourth suspect ran away but was later captured in the area. One of the suspects is a 17 year old male.
The adult suspects are identified as Bryan Brown, 19, of South Mountain, Joseph Daywalt, Jr., 20, of Fayetteville, and Tyler Simmers, 19 of Greencastle. All four are charged with Burglary, Theft and Criminal Trespass.
