A 19 year old Lancaster City man, Jovar Juwan Jackson, wanted in connection with a shooting last January has been arrested. Jackson was taken into custody without incident at about 1:45 this afternoon in the 100 block of North Plum Street.
Police had been looking for Jackson since he shot himself in the leg on January 19th in the 400 block of South Queen Street. Charges against Jackson include Firearms not to be Carried Without a License and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
