Two Lancaster men are indicted on federal bank robbery charges. The indictment were unsealed today against Kyle Costello, 27 and Matthew Hill, 29, both of Lancaster.

Charging documents accuse Costello, and Hill of the November 7, 2013 robbery of the National Penn Bank on Lancaster Pike in Shillington at gunpoint. Hill is also accused of robbing at gunpoint the Susquehanna Bank on East Market Street in Springettsbury Township, York County.

Charges against the two men include Conspiracy to Commit Armed Bank Robbery, Carrying ad Using a Firearm during and in relation to a Crime of Violence and Aiding and Abetting.

If convicted Costello and Hill each face a maximum life sentence, with a mandatory minimum of seven years and a fine up to $1 million.
