This 5 month old puppy, “Charlie,” jumped over the fence at his dog-sitters home on 16th Street in New Cumberland on Tuesday, March 4th around 1:30 pm.
Charlie ran and was last seen in the area of the Kentucky Fried Chicken at 3rd and Lowther Streets in Lemoyne.
