A man and a woman linked to Monday’s double shooting that left two people dead have been identified and charged by police in South Lebanon Township.

Rick Lavar Cannon, 34, of Harrisburg and Akeita Harden, 29, of Lebanon are both charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, flight to avoid apprehension and firearms violations.

Cannon is also charged with possession with intent deliver a controlled substance (cocaine).

Both Cannon and Harden were taken to Lebanon County Prison without bail.

The shooting happened around 10 a.m. Monday along the 700 block of Fox Ridge Lane. Police arrested Cannon and Harden after a high speed pursuit. A third suspect, Eddie Williams, aka Tyrone Kemp, remains at large. Inside 714 Fox Ridge Lane, police found two men on the floor with gunshot wounds. Keith Crawford Jr. was transported to Hershey Medical Center, where he later died. Marcus Anotnio Ortiz died at Reading Hospital, according to court documents.

An officer responding to the call on Fox Ridge Lane saw Williams and Cannon get into a maroon Cadillac SRX, driven by Harden. The suspects ignored the officer’s commands to stop and took off with the officer in pursuit. The chase led into the City of Lebanon. According to the affadavit, a shotgun was thrown from the Cadillac in the area of South Lincoln Avenue and Chestnut Street. The suspects got out of the car at 7th and Guilford Streets. Williams got away.

A third person involved in the double shooting remains at large. Police have  identified the suspect as Eddie Lee Williams, Jr..  Williams has no known address and is believed to be in his mid 30′s.  Williams also goes by several alias, “Touch”, Sileem Underwood, Tyreem Lee Hanes Tyrone Smith.

Charges against Williams include Homicide, two counts, two counts Aggravated Assault and Persons Not to Possess a Firearm.

Police say that Williams should be considered armed and dangerous.  Anyone that may know of whereabouts should contact South Township Police or the Lebanon County Detective Bureau at (717) 272-2054.
