Investigators now believe a woman who went missing from Silver Spring Township two years ago is dead.

Rabihan Seiders was last seen on March 27, 2012. Police have been investigating her disappearance since.

Seiders lived with her husband in Silver Spring Township in the 100 block of Willow Mill Park Road. Seiders also spent a lot of time at her condominium in Ventnor City, New Jersey. The FBI helped investigate that possible link, according to Hammon, but Seiders’ last known whereabouts were in Silver Spring Township.

There was foul play involved with Seiders’ disappearance, says Silver Spring Township Police Superintendent┬áRichard Hammon, and investigators believe they know who is responsible. Silver Spring Township Police have now turned over their findings to the District Attorney’s office.

Hammon says it has been a very complex case.
