The driver of a car plowed into a crowd of people at the SXSW Interactive Festival in Austin, TX. Medical workers on the scene say the impact killed at least two people and that they’re treating another 23 people hit by the vehicle. The Austin Police Department says at least five of the 23 are in critical condition. Police do have the driver in custody.
