The Cumberland County Bar Association says attorney Karl Rominger has surrendered his license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania. Rominger is a member of Jerry Sandusky’s defense team. The surrender comes after we told you earlier this week that district attorney, David Freed, is investigating Rominger for potentially misappropriating funds. A Cumberland County court order shows Rominger failed to pay clients in a divorce case. The Internal Revenue Service also just filed nearly $310,000 in tax liens against him. The effective date of the surrender will be determined by the State Supreme Court.
