A man wanted by Maryland authorities is in Cumberland County Prison this morning, facing additional charges of resisting arrest. Baltimore County Police issued a warrant for Vincent Glorioso for threatening to commit arson in their jurisdiction. They tipped off Upper Allen Police that Glorioso was staying at a motel in the 600 block of Gettysburg Road. Upper Allen Police responded to the location to serve the warrant and Glorioso fled on foot. He was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. He is charged with Arrest Prior to Requisition and Resisting Arrest or Other Law Enforcement
