A suspect in a York homicide is in custody in Virginia. U.S. Marshall Service and Hampton County fugitive squad arrested Damian Banks in Hampton Virginia today.
Banks was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. Banks was wanted for Criminal Homicide in York County for the killing of Trevahn Kent on February 17th. Banks was transported to Hampton County Jail where he will await extradition to York County.
