The photo was posted on Sunday night and has generated more than 100 comments with a few hours on the social media.
There is very little information about the child because no one filed a complaint or report with the police department.
You can’t see the face of the child and the picture appears to have been cropped before it was posted.
Police say if the parents were there with the child, it would not be considered a crime. However, if the parents weren’t with the child they could face a misdemeanor charge such as recklessly endangering the welfare of a child.
